ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Wild (37-24-5) is back in action tonight for a big game against the St. Louis Blues (31-28-7).
Filip Gustavsson wil start again tonight for the Wild. He has started the last three games for Minnesota and is 25-14-4 on the year with a 2.57 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage.
Tonight is the fourth and final meeting between the Blues and Wild. Gustavsson started the three previous games and is 2-0-0 with a 2.91 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage. He was pulled in one game and Marc-Andre Fleury came in relief and got the win.
In six career starts against the Blues, Gustavsson is 4-1-0 with a 2.43 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage.
Joel Hofer will start against the Wild tonight. Jordan Binnington started the previous three games against the Wild this year. It will be Hofer’s first career game against tghe Wild.
He is 11-7-3 on the season with a 2.87 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage.
